The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Ashley Bardi


 

Ashley N. Bardi is a healthcare leader specializing in addiction treatment, behavioral health operations, and substance use disorder recovery services. As Senior Director of Addiction Treatment at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, she oversees programs focused on delivering compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based care for individuals navigating substance use and recovery.

 

Known for her expertise in healthcare leadership, operational strategy, grant writing, and public speaking, Ashley has played a key role in advancing patient-centered addiction treatment services while helping organizations address the growing challenges surrounding behavioral health and recovery care. Her work focuses on reducing barriers to treatment, expanding access to support services, and promoting integrated approaches to long-term recovery.

Known for her strengths in healthcare leadership, operational excellence, strategic planning, grant writing, and public speaking, Ashley has played an important role in advancing patient-centered addiction treatment services while helping organizations address the growing challenges surrounding behavioral health and recovery care. Her work emphasizes reducing barriers to treatment, increasing access to support services, and promoting more integrated approaches to long-term recovery.

Ashley is also a strong advocate for education and stigma reduction within the substance use disorder field. Alongside Bergen New Bridge Medical Center’s Chief Clinical Officer of Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Michael Paolello, she has spoken publicly on the complexities of delivering clinical care to patients in crisis while navigating administrative and systemic challenges. At the Montclair State University School of Nursing Diagnosis to Recover (D2R) Conference, she shared insights on strengthening support systems, reducing stigma, and creating more effective pathways to care for individuals affected by substance use disorders. She achieved the Gage Award Honorable mention for delivered care of Addiction Treatment “No Wrong Door.”

Through her leadership, Ashley continues to contribute to the development of compassionate, recovery-focused programs that prioritize dignity, accessibility, and long-term patient outcomes.
