With a career spanning global enterprises including Expedia and Nordstrom, as well as high-growth startups such as OfferUp and Autoescape, she has established a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with human-centered product innovation.

Throughout her career, Laure has led initiatives across analytics, personalization, experimentation, search, recommendations, and checkout experiences—bridging complex backend systems with intuitive customer-facing products. As Director of Product Management at OfferUp, she helped drive a culture of rapid experimentation and data-informed decision-making, contributing to significant increases in product testing velocity and user engagement. Her work and leadership in experimentation strategy were highlighted through collaborations with Statsig and LogRocket she discussed how experimentation frameworks can accelerate innovation while maintaining strong user experiences.
