Williams also held senior positions as director of MBE services at the National Minority Supplier Development Council, senior vice president at ePS, and diversity and inclusion manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project Walsh/Kokosing Design Build Team, strengthening her reputation as a connector between large institutions and diverse suppliers..

In addition to her corporate and advisory work, Williams has served as president, chief executive officer, and owner of ATMOS360 Inc., an engineering and manufacturing company providing air systems solutions for industrial clients.
