Soheila S. Rahimiis a visionary scientist, entrepreneur, and CEO, recognized for her leadership in science, business innovation, and community service. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LRC, LLC and LRC Investment, and an executive leader at Cisco Enterprise Inc., Sheila merges scientific expertise with strategic investment and technological innovation.
A passionate researcher and creative mind, Soheila’s work spans biochemistry, biotechnology, and sustainable design. She earned international recognition as one of three global recipients of the University of Minnesota Academic Award in Chemistry, honoring educational excellence and discovery-driven research.
Beyond her professional achievements, Soheila is deeply involved in public health and philanthropy. She has contributed to the NSA-MN Chapter, the Alzheimer Prevention Association, Open Arms Minnesota, and has pledged significant support to Multiple Sclerosis prevention and fundraising initiatives. Her commitment to community well-being reflects her belief in science as a force for social good.
Soheila’s dedication to STEM education was highlighted through her participation in the Mrs. Burnsville Pageant at the Minnesota International Pageant, where she advocated for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics as transformative platforms for the next generation.
In her personal time, Soheila expresses her creativity through nature biking, swimming, graphic and fashion design, accessories and interior woodcraft design, and floral art using chemically preserved flowers. She also enjoys reading and conducting independent research for new scientific discoveries, embodying a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and innovation.
