Nathalie launched her career with IBM in 1986, where she spent 23 years honing her expertise in sales, client relations, and partner management in both Toronto and Montreal. In 2009, she joined forces with childhood friend Alain Boudreau at VSM, a company committed to helping businesses grow through targeted lead-generation services.

By 2017, Nathalie stepped into the role of entrepreneur, taking the helm at VSM with a vision to secure its future while elevating its impact. Under her leadership, the company became woman-owned and earned certification through WeConnect International—a global network that champions supplier diversity by connecting women-owned businesses with major buyers.

Now, in 2024, Nathalie proudly assumes full ownership of VSM. As she enters her eighth year at the helm, her focus is clear: strategic growth, empowering her team, and continuously evolving the company’s business model to better support entrepreneurs and bolster the economy.
