Lisa Evans

Lisa Evans has been an integral part of her company for the past 14 years. As Director of Defense for Donaldson Company, Inc., she is known for her leadership and innovation, and worked her way up the ranks from sales assistance into the director role. Her focus on revenue, profit, continuous improvement, process implementation and sales excellence continues to contribute to her success.

She strives for employees to be empowered to make decisions and is a people developer pushing employees to take on stretch assignments and moving obstacles out of their way for their success, Donaldson’s success and our customer’s success. Lisa is clear in her thinking and communication to others and is thoughtful and honest. She is able to be vulnerable and is also a person that is on the court and also knows when to step back to allow others to shine. She is a pace setter and change agent and problem solver.

In addition to her primary role, Lisa has been involved with the company’s Women Leadership Network and organized their first Women’s Leadership Conference in March 2020. She is helping to steward and engineer the firm’s diversification and inclusion efforts, and looks forward to engaging with other women at large organizations, to learn how they work with their executive management team along with individual contributors at their companies, to engage in development or recognition of women’s contributions to the company.
