Salma Al Hajjaj

Salma Al Hajjaj has enjoyed for over 30 years of successful experience in human resources and leadership development. She has worked in both the private and public sector in the fields of oil and gas, and banking. She is currently the GM of Human Resources at Gulf Bank Kuwait. She is well known for her leadership and emotional Intelligence, and is very interested in women’s empowerment.

She has spent her entire career paving the way for women and thoroughly enjoys coaching and mentoring young professionals. Her vision for the future is to expand her public speaking career internationally where she will be speaking about topics of women’s leadership and encouraging them to own their power and their voices in the workplace. She looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals. She speaks fluent English, Turkish and Arabic.
