In response to the unique needs of women at risk for or living with heart disease, she developed a groundbreaking coaching program. This program empowers women to design personalized game plans that effectively prevent, reduce, or eliminate risk factors for heart disease while maintaining a lifestyle that suits their individual needs and preferences.
