Shantell Brucker’s journey in the realm of Human Resources commenced in the fall of 1999 when she transitioned from the hospitality sector to pursue her passion. Since then, Shantell’s career in HR has been marked by her outstanding dedication and impactful roles. Employed by Sonepar USA since 2011, Shantell is currently at the helm of the HR Operations team, overseeing a team of 20 professionals. Her leadership, dedication, and expertise have significantly contributed to the success of the HR department and the overall organization.
 
One of Shantell’s noteworthy accomplishments is earning the SHRM-SCP certification, a testament to her expertise and commitment to the field of Human Resources. Additionally, her certification in Women in Leadership further underscores her dedication to professional growth and empowerment.
 
Shantell’s educational journey is marked by her attainment of a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Southwest Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri. This diverse background has provided her with a unique perspective, enhancing her effectiveness as an HR leader.
 
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Shantell Brucker is actively involved in the Empowering Women Mentorship Program. Her engagement in this program demonstrates her commitment to supporting and empowering women in their professional journeys. Shantell’s participation as both a mentee and mentor exemplifies her dedication to fostering growth and leadership in others.
