Anne-Marie Engleman is Senior Director Global Consumer Experience Hub – Americas for adidas. Specialized in retail visual merchandising and interior design, Anne-Marie is at the forefront of consumer experience and immersive retail environments, and is highly skilled in aesthetic marketing and team management. The winner of multiple global coaching and collaboration awards with adidas, her ability stretches far beyond the design realm, to include operational logistics that enable projects to succeed.
 
Having joined adidas as Visual Merchandising Manager for 8 markets across APAC, Anne-Marie demonstrated her ability to deliver visual merchandising strategy, process and program for global retail. She later oversaw 16 markets, including emerging marketing, Spanish-Speaking Latin America and Brazil, for whom she served as key contact. Today based in Portland, Oregon, she brings holistic experiences to the American markets, driving efficiency and speed that meets the same high standard as the aesthetic.
 
After earning British Display Society Certificates 1 & 2 in Retail Display from Coventry Technical College, Anne-Marie launched her career in visual merchandising, quickly rising through the ranks. Prior to joining the adidas team in 2011, she led merchandising teams in Belgium, the UAE and Kuwait. Anne-Marie is an associate member of The British Display Society and credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.
