As the Founder of HG4 Advisory, Michelle Henriksen is dedicated to advising clients on how to maximize deal value by putting people at the center of their transactions. An expert in HR, M&A, Michelle is experienced in guiding clients through the full M&A lifecycle, from Due Diligence to Day 1 Readiness to Integration for all types of transactions, particularly cross-border deals. She has over 25 years of global HR experience, working in both industry and professional services for companies such as Accenture, Zulkie Partners, Huron Consulting Group, Walgreens USA, Grant Thornton, and FGMK.

Michelle has built her career upon a track record of building successful strategic partnerships, assisting organizations in raising performance levels, right-sizing organizations through restructuring/turnaround events, and advising on human resources practices, statutory requirements and culture when expanding operations internationally.
